Craig Higgs to speak at the California Department of Transportation’s State Education Seminar on October 9

October 2008 – Craig Higgs will speak at the California Department of Transportation, State Education Seminar on Thursday, October 9. The conference is scheduled to take place in San Ynez, California and is open to employees and lawyers of the Caltrans. At the seminar, Mr. Higgs will discuss mediation and employment related cases.
