Craig Higgs to Speak at Mediation Advocacy Seminar

March 2009 – Craig Higgs will speak at the Mediation Advocacy: Beyond the Basics seminar on March 24. The seminar will be held at the San Diego County Bar Association's Bar Center and is open to the public.

The seminar will cover topics including enforcing agreements reached at mediation, confidentiality concerns arising from disclosures during mediation and the "Do's and Don'ts" before and during mediation. In addition to Craig Higgs, speakers include the Honorable Leo Papas and attorneys Andrew Albert, Steve Vosseller and Robert Brewer.
