Time-tested expertise.

With more than 20 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, Craig has handled hundreds of arbitrations and settlement conferences for both private parties and the San Diego Superior Court. Craig has extensive mediation training from the Advanced Mediation Workshop at Harvard Law School, the San Diego Mediation Center and the American Arbitration Association.

Craig has served as a judge pro tem for the Superior Court, and has taught alternative dispute seminars for the State Bar of California, San Diego Superior Court, American Inns of Court and the University of San Diego School of Law. A founding member of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and the Louis Welsh Chapter of the American Inns of Court, Craig has also authored numerous articles on mediation, some of which have appeared in publications including the Los Angeles Daily Journal and San Diego Lawyer.

A partner of one of San Diego’s oldest and largest full service law firm, Higgs, Fletcher & Mack, Craig has more than 32 years of experience in civil litigation, representing both defendants and plaintiffs, and trying more than 50 jury trials.
